Beef and Kidney Stir Fry
Quick and easy beef and kidney stir fry with a flavorful mexican twist. Can be served with rice or noodles.

- β1 pound, sliced beefthinly sliced
- β1 can, drained kidney beans, canned
- β1 medium onion, sliced
- β1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- β1 tablespoon mexican seasoning
- β2 tablespoons stir fry oilvegetable oil or cooking oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Instructions

Heat the stir fry oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
