German Fried Chicken Tacos
A twist on traditional tacos, with crispy German-style fried chicken, served with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup fluffy all-purpose flour
- β2 tablespoons peppery paprika
- β1 teaspoon mexican seasoningse.g., cumin, chili powder
- β2 eggs
- β1/2 cup milk
- β1/2 cup vegetable oil
- β4-6 tortillas

1. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, and Mexican seasonings.

2. In a separate dish, beat eggs and mix with milk.

3. Cut chicken into strips and season with salt and pepper.

4. Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture, then coat in flour mixture, shaking off excess.

5. Heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
