Mumbai-Style Fenugreek Fritters
Crispy fritters made with fenugreek, perfect for a snack or appetizer. This recipe is inspired by the street food of Mumbai.

- ●1 tsp middle eastern spices
- ●1/2 cup oil for frying

- ●2 cloves fry garlic

1. Chop the fenugreek leaves and mix with rice flour, spices, and salt.
