French-Inspired Songpyeon Rice Bowl
A unique fusion of French and Korean flavors in a simple rice bowl dish, incorporating the traditional Korean songpyeon rice cake.

- β1 cup Fluffy ricecooked according to package instructions
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
- βto taste Salt

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add Korean chili flakes and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add cooked fluffy rice to the skillet and stir to combine with chili flakes.
