German Kimchi Wrap
A delicious fusion of German and Korean flavors, this wrap combines crispy bacon, spicy kimchi, and fluffy sauerkraut in a crispy German-style wrap.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup Korean kimchispicy fermented Korean cabbage
- β1 Fluffy German-style wrapsoft, airy wrap perfect for wrapping up kimchi and bacon
- β1/4 cup Fermented sauerkrauttangy, crunchy fermented German sauerkraut
- β4 slices Baconthick-cut, crispy German-style bacon
- β1/4 cup Green onionsthinly sliced green onions for garnish
- β1 tsp Sesame seedstoasted sesame seeds for garnish
- β2 tbsp Soy saucefor marinating bacon and adding depth to kimchi
- β1 tsp Brown sugarfor balancing out the spiciness of the kimchi

1. Preheat a pan over medium heat.

2. Cook the bacon slices until crispy, then set aside.

3. In a separate pan, heat the sesame seeds over low heat, stirring constantly, until fragrant.

4. Add the kimchi to the pan and stir-fry until heated through.

5. Add the soy sauce and brown sugar to the kimchi and stir-fry for another minute.

6. Warm the German-style wrap in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

7. Assemble the wrap by spreading the kimchi mixture onto the wrap, followed by crispy bacon, tangy sauerkraut, and thinly sliced green onions.
