French Lamb Hash
A hearty French dish made with lamb, hash, and a hint of american flavors. Perfect for a cure for a hangover.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup HashPre-cooked hash
- ●2 tbsp American ButterUnsalted
- ●4 Fluffy EggsLarge eggs
- ●to taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground lamb over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the pre-cooked hash to the skillet and stir to combine with the lamb.

Add the unsalted butter to the skillet and stir until melted.

Make 4 wells in the lamb and hash mixture and crack an egg into each well.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
