Fluffy French Toast

Ingredients

- β2 ib eggsbeaten
- β1 cup ricochino milkor any other milk alternative
- β1 tsp french vanilla extractoptional
- β1/4 tsp bake cinnamonoptional
Instructions

In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly.

Place the bread slices on the skillet or griddle.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
