Beef-Free Beef Stir Fry
A vegetarian alternative to a classic beef stir fry. Using portobello mushrooms to mimic the texture of beef, this dish is quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- ●2 cups Portobello mushroomsStems removed and sliced
- ●1 cup Fluffy american cheeseShredded
- ●2 tablespoons American vegetable oil
- ●1 cup Stir-fry sauce
- ●2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- ●3 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●1/4 cup Green onionsChopped
- ●2 tablespoons Fry sauce
Instructions

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the mushrooms and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the stir-fry sauce and soy sauce, and stir to combine.

Return the mushrooms to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.
