Syrian Phyllo Delight

Ingredients
- β1 package (usually 16-20 sheets) Phyllo pastry
- β1/2 cup Floral honey
- β8 oz Velvety cream cheese
- β1/4 cup Syrian coffee
- βenough for frying Fry oil
- β1 cup Powdered sugar

Preheat the fryer or a deep frying pan with about 2-3 inches of fry oil to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cut the phyllo pastry into desired shapes and sizes.

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, cream cheese, and coffee until well combined.
