Rose Petal Tart
A sweet dessert featuring a rose petal-infused custard filling on a floral-flavored tart base.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Rose Petal Jam
- β2 cups Custardrose petal-infused
- β1 cup Granulated Sugar
- β1 sheet Tart Pastryhomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup Rose Petalsdried and crumbled
- β4 Large Eggs
- β2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- β1/2 cup Unsalted Buttermelted
- β1 cup Confectioners' Sugar

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the tart pastry and place it in a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.

Press the mixture into the tart shell and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the custard, rose petal jam, and confectioners' sugar until smooth.

Pour the custard mixture into the baked tart shell and smooth the top.

Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and the edges are lightly golden.
