Thai-Style Prosciutto Fried Rice
A twist on traditional fried rice, this Thai-inspired dish combines crispy prosciutto with the savory flavors of pilaf.
Ingredients

- β2 cups cooked Pilaf
- β1 tsp dried Floral (such as jasmine or rose petal)
- β1 tsp Irish (such as Kerrygold) butter
Instructions

Heat 1 tsp of Irish butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add diced prosciutto and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove prosciutto from skillet and set aside.

Add cooked pilaf to the skillet and stir to break up any clumps.

Add dried floral and stir to combine.

Return prosciutto to the skillet and stir to combine.
