Kenyan-Style Braai Chicken
A flavorful Kenyan-inspired dish featuring braai-spiced chicken, paired with a delicate floral sauce. This dish is perfect for a quick dinner.

- β1 cup flourall-purpose flour
- β4 pieces chicken breastboneless, skinless
- β2 tablespoons floral honey
- β1 sheet flaky pastryfor serving
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, mix together flour, Kenyan braai spice mix, salt, and black pepper.

Add chicken to the bowl and coat evenly with the spice mixture.

Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
