Thai Poppy Seed Fritters
Crispy fritters with a delicate Thai twist, made with poppy seeds and a hint of sweetness. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.

- β1 cup Floral rice flour
- β1/2 cup Dense coconut milk
- β1 tablespoon Turkish honey
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 cup Water

In a large bowl, combine poppy seeds and floral rice flour.

In a separate bowl, mix coconut milk, honey, and salt.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
