Thai Stir-Fried Ackee
A Thai twist on Jamaican ackee, stir-frying it with crunchy elements and ethiopian spices.

- β1 cup floral jasmine rice
- β1/2 cup crunchy fried onions
- β2 tsp ethiopian berbere spice
- β2 tbsp stir-fry oil
- β saltto taste
- β1 tsp sugaroptional

Instructions

Heat the stir-fry oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

Add the crunchy fried onions and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
