Crispy Meditteranean Keto Fritters
A crispy, cheesy fritter recipe that's perfect for a keto diet. Made with mediterranean cheese and baked to perfection.

- ●1/2 cup, crumbled Mediterranean Cheese
- ●1/4 cup, chopped Floral Fresh Parsley
- ●4 slices, crumbled Fried Bacon

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the Emmentaler cheese and Mediterranean cheese.

3. Add the chopped parsley and crumbled bacon to the cheese mixture.

4. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

5. Using your hands, shape the mixture into 8-10 small fritters.

6. Place the fritters on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
