- β1 cup Baklava
- β1/4 tsp Cardamom
- β1 cup Heavy Cream
- β1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- β1 1/2 cups Milk
- β1/4 cup Floral Honey
- β1/4 cup Rose Petals

Combine heavy cream, rosewater, and cardamom in a saucepan.

Heat over medium heat until warm.

Add granulated sugar and stir until dissolved.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Combine milk and baklava in a blender and blend until smooth.
