Lamb Kofta Wrap
A flavorful Indian-inspired dish featuring lamb koftas wrapped in a warm, crispy flatbread.
Ingredients
- β1 lb LambGround lamb
- β4 Syrian wrapFor serving
- β2 tsp Flavorful spicesBlend of cumin, coriander, garam masala, and cayenne pepper
- β1/2 cup OnionFinely chopped
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1/4 cup CilantroChopped (for garnish)
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice
- β1 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine lamb, flavorful spices, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

Form lamb mixture into 8-10 oval-shaped koftas.

Brush grill with olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill koftas for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Warm Syrian wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble wraps by placing 2-3 koftas on each wrap, followed by a sprinkle of cilantro and a squeeze of lemon juice.
