Silky Lentil Curry
A flavorful and comforting Indian-inspired lentil curry made with silky and aromatic spices.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Silky
- β2 teaspoons Indian curry powder
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β1 medium Tomato
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute.

Add the lentils, tomato, and silky, and stir to combine.

Add enough water to cover the lentils and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.

Season with salt to taste.
