Grilled Argentinian Beef Skewers
A classic South American dish featuring marinated beef skewers grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β500g Beef (strip loin or ribeye)Cut into 30g cubes
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor brushing skewers
- β3 cloves GarlicMince and mix with olive oil
- β2 tbsp ChimichurriFor serving
- β1 tsp SaltFor seasoning
- β1 tsp PepperFor seasoning
- β4 Lemon wedgesFor serving

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. Thread 3-4 pieces of beef onto each skewer.

3. In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic and olive oil.

4. Brush the garlic and oil mixture onto both sides of the beef cubes.

5. Season the beef with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the beef reaches your desired level of doneness.
