Pan-Seared Squid with Umami Flaky Sauce
A flavorful and tender squid dish from Argentina, elevated by a rich and savory flaky sauce.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons Flaky
- ●1 teaspoon Umami
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oil
- ●2 cloves Garlic
- ●2 tablespoons Lemon juice

1. Rinse the squid under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
