Mexican Shrimp Fajitas
A spicy and flavorful dish made with marinated shrimp, sautéed with garlic and served with warm flour tortillas.
Ingredients

- ●4-6 Flour tortillasfor serving
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oil
- ●1 teaspoon Romanianground cumin
- ●1/2 teaspoon Stirground oregano
- ●1/4 teaspoon Fryground cayenne pepper
- ●1/2 teaspoon Salt
- ●1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- ●chopped Fresh cilantrofor garnish

1. In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and mix well to coat.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

5. Remove the shrimp from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

6. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until they are pink and cooked through.

7. Transfer the shrimp to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

8. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

9. Add the tortillas to the skillet and cook for 30-60 seconds, until they are warm and pliable.
