- β1 bag Portuguese flaky crust mix
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β4 Lemon wedges

Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper.

Dip each fish fillet into the Portuguese flaky crust mix, coating both sides evenly.

Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the coated fish fillets to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side.
