Crispy Pork Stir Fry
A quick and easy Chinese-inspired stir fry with crispy pork and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork loincut into thin strips
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilfor frying
- β1/4 teaspoon Flaky saltfor seasoning
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Stir-fry mixpre-cut mix of bell peppers and carrots
- β1/4 teaspoon Mexican oreganofor added flavor
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the pork strips and cook until browned and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add the chopped green onions and minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the stir-fry mix and cook until tender-crisp, about 2-3 minutes.

Return the pork strips to the skillet and stir in the flaky salt and Mexican oregano.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the pork is coated in the sauce and the vegetables are tender.
