Pan-Seared Flaky Fish with Korean Peas
A simple and flavorful dish featuring flaky fish, crispy skillet-cooked peas, and a hint of Korean spices.

- β4 pieces (6 oz each) Flaky Fish (Cod)
- β1 cup (frozen) Korean Peas
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- β2 tsp GochujangKorean chili paste
- β1 tsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp Brown Sugar
- β SkilletFor cooking peas

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the fish with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Transfer the fish to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.

In a separate skillet, heat the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add the frozen peas and cook, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown and crisp up.

In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
