Spicy Korean-Style Fish Sujebi
A spicy Japanese-inspired fish sujebi dish, incorporating the bold flavors of Korean chili flakes. This recipe yields a hearty and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- β250g Sujebi (Korean hand-drawn noodles)
- β2 tsp Fiery Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β200g Fish (cod or pollock, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- β1 tsp Flaky sea salt
- β2 stems Green onions, thinly sliced
- β1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Grated ginger
- β1 tsp Korean chili paste (gochujang)

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
