Baked Hake with Caramelized Brazilian Skillet Sauce
A twist on traditional Italian cuisine, this baked hake dish features a sweet and savory caramelized sauce made with Brazilian ingredients.
Ingredients

- β1 skilletBrazilian, diced
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor baking
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1/2 cup caramelized onionssee note
- β1/4 cup white wineoptional
- β saltto taste
- β pepperto taste
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped, for garnish

Season hake fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
