Uruguayan Italian Casserole

- β1 sheet Buttery flaky pastrythawed
- β1 cup Parmesan cheesegrated
- β1 cup Mozzarella cheeseshredded
- β1/4 cup Fresh basilchopped
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilextra virgin
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Roll out the buttery flaky pastry and place it in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Spread the pre-cooked Uruguayan one pot casserole evenly over the pastry.
