Syrian Lamb Wrap
A flavorful and spicy wrap filled with lamb, herbs, and spices, inspired by Syrian cuisine.

- β1 pound Lamb Shoulderboneless and thinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons Fiery Pepper Pasteadjust to taste
- β1/4 cup Chopped Cilantrooptional
- β2 cloves Crushed Garlicminced

- β1 large Syrian Folded Breador substitute with pita bread

2. In a small bowl, mix together pepper paste, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

3. Rub the lamb slices with the spicy mixture, making sure they're evenly coated.

4. Grill the lamb slices for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, warm the bread by wrapping it in foil and heating it in the oven for a few minutes.
