Spicy Lamb Tagine

- β2 Fiery red chili peppersSliced
- β2 tbsp Spicy harissa
- β2 tbsp Tunisian olive oil
- β1 OnionChopped
- β2 inches GingerSliced
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 tsp CuminGround
- β1 tsp CorianderGround
- β1 tsp SaltTo taste

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the ginger and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the lamb and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the harissa, cumin, coriander, and salt. Stir to combine.
