Spicy Jamaican Turkey Skewers
Sweet and spicy Thai-inspired skewers made with marinated turkey and served with a side of silky peanut sauce.

- β1 pound Turkey breastcut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Jamaican pepper sauceor to taste
- β2 tablespoons Sushi rice vinegar
- β1 teaspoon Fiery chili flakes
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons Peanut oil
- β4-6 pieces Sushifor garnish
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1 tablespoon Honey

1. In a large bowl, whisk together Jamaican pepper sauce, sushi rice vinegar, fiery chili flakes, soy sauce, and peanut oil.

2. Add the turkey cubes to the marinade and toss to coat.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

5. Thread the marinated turkey onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

6. Brush the grill or grill pan with peanut oil to prevent sticking.

7. Grill the turkey skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

8. While the turkey is cooking, combine peanut oil, soy sauce, and honey in a small saucepan.

9. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.

10. Stir in chopped cilantro and lime juice.
