Beef Stew with a Kick
A hearty beef stew infused with the bold flavors of andalusian spices and a touch of fiery heat. Perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients
- β500g Beef (chuck or round)
- β2 tsp Andalusian spices
- β1 tsp Fiery hot sauceadjust to taste
- β1 large Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β200ml Red wine
- β500ml Beef broth
- β2 tbsp Tomato paste
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β3 large Potatoes
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the andalusian spices, hot sauce, red wine, beef broth, and tomato paste. Stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover and transfer to the oven.

Bake at 300Β°F (150Β°C) for 2-1/2 hours, or until the beef is tender.

Add the potatoes and continue to cook for another 30 minutes, or until they are tender.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
