Whole30 Feta Stuffed Chicken
A delicious and healthy Whole30 dish featuring chicken breast stuffed with feta cheese and herbs.
Ingredients
- ●4 Chicken breastsFresh or frozen
- ●1/4 cup Feta cheeseWhole30 compliant
- ●2 tbsp BlissDiced
- ●1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped
- ●2 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●to taste Salt

- ●2 tbsp Olive oil

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together the feta cheese, bliss, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Cut a horizontal slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket.

Stuff each chicken breast with the feta cheese mixture.

Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub to coat.

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
