Jamaican Pineapple Curry Festive Delight

- β2 tbsp Jamaican curry powder
- β1/4 cup Brown sugar
- β1 tsp Festive spice mixavailable in most grocery stores, or make your own mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger
- β1/4 cup Heavy cream
- β2 tbsp Butter
- βto taste Salt
