Algerian Fish Tagine
A flavorful and aromatic North African dish made with fish cooked in a spicy tagine sauce.
Ingredients
- β4 pieces Fish (such as Cod or Tilapia)
- β2 teaspoons Algerian Spice Blend
- β1 cup Pillowy Couscous
- β1/4 cup Fermented Olives
- β2 cups Tagine Sauce
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- β Salt and Pepper

Heat the oil in a large tagine or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the Algerian Spice Blend and cook for 1 minute.

Add the Tagine Sauce and bring to a simmer.
