Stir Fry Lamb
A simple and flavorful lamb stir fry recipe. This dish is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Feel free to adjust the spice level to your liking.
Ingredients
- β1 pound boneless lamb shoulder or leg, sliced into thin strips Lamb
- β2 tablespoons Jamaican jerk seasoning Jamaican
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil Oil
- β1 onion, sliced Fry
- β2 cloves garlic, minced Stir

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced lamb and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
