Grilled Padron Peppers with Pilaf
A simple Middle Eastern-inspired dish featuring grilled Padron peppers served with a flavorful pilaf.
Ingredients
- β4-6 Padron peppersany color
- β1 cup Pilafstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tsp Fermented pepper pasteor to taste
- β1 tsp Middle eastern spice blendor to taste
- β1 tbsp Olive oilfor brushing

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Brush the Padron peppers with olive oil and season with salt.

3. Grill the peppers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until charred.

4. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

5. Add 1 teaspoon of fermented pepper paste and 1 teaspoon of Middle Eastern spice blend.

6. Stir to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes.

7. Add 1 cup of pilaf to the pan and stir to combine.
