Uruguayan Keto Fish Fry
A keto twist on traditional Uruguayan cuisine, this fish fry is both delicious and healthy.
Ingredients
- β2 fillets White Fish (such as Cod or Tilapia)
- β1/2 cup Stir Fry Oil
- β1/2 cup Fermented Shredded Cheese
- β1/4 cup Gooey Cheddar Cheese
- β1 Romantic Red Bell Pepper
- β2 tbsp Uruguayan-Style Soy Sauce

2. Season the fish with salt and pepper.

3. Heat the stir fry oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Add the red bell pepper to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes.

5. Add the fish to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

6. Transfer the fish to a baking dish and top with fermented shredded cheese and gooey cheddar cheese.
