Spicy Stir Fry Macaroni
A quick and spicy macaroni stir fry with crunchy vegetables. This dish is easy to make and perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz macaroni
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1 medium bell pepperchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp stir-fry sauce
- β1 tsp fermented soybean pasteoptional
- β1/4 cup crunchy fried shallotsoptional

Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and cook until they start to soften.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the stir-fry sauce and fermented soybean paste (if using). Stir well to combine.

Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce.
