Baked Fish Stew
A hearty Italian-inspired stew featuring fish as the main protein, cooked in a flavorful broth with a hint of Croatian flair.
Ingredients
- β2 pounds Fresh Cod FilletsCut into 1-inch pieces
- β1/4 cup Olive OilExtra virgin

- β2 teaspoons Fermented Croatian PaprikaSmoked

Season the fish with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Sear the fish until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove the fish from the pot and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and add the chopped onion to the pot. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes, white wine, and chopped parsley to the pot. Stir to combine.
