Thai-Style Pirozhki with Apricot Chutney

Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Apricot jamor substitute with apricot chutney
- β1/4 cup Crispy fried shallotsstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons Fermented Thai chili saucesuch as sriracha
- β1 pound Russian-style ground beefor ground pork or chicken
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oilfor brushing

Brush pirozhki dough with sesame oil and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
