Polish Ackee Stir Fry
A delicious and easy-to-make Polish-inspired dish featuring ackee stir-fried to perfection with a creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 can Ackeedrained and flaked
- β1/2 pound Polish Sausagesliced
- β1/4 cup Fried Onionchopped
- β1/4 cup Fermented Sauerkrautshredded
- β2 tablespoons Creamy Sour Creamchilled
- β2 tablespoons Stir Fry Oilfor frying

Heat the stir fry oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced Polish sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

Add the chopped fried onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the flaked ackee to the skillet and stir to combine with the onion.
