Keto Stir Fry with Squid
A keto-friendly twist on a Chinese classic, featuring succulent squid and a medley of vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Squid
- β2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 tablespoon Ginger
- β1 head Bok Choy
- β1 head Cauliflower
- β2 tablespoons Fermented Soy Sauce (low-carb version)
- β1/4 cup Cream Cheese (softened)

1. Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
