Argentinian Stir-Fried Empanadas
A twist on traditional empanadas, these Argentinian-style stir-fried empanadas are filled with fermented and chewy ingredients for a unique flavor and texture.
Ingredients
- β1 package Fermented Empanada Doughavailable at most specialty stores
- β1 cup Chewy Fillingmade from fermented soybeans
- β1 can Diced Tomatoes14.5 oz
- β1/4 cup Argentinian Stir-Fry Sauceavailable at most international stores
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable Oilfor frying
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet and swirl it around to coat the bottom.

Add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until they start to soften.

Add the chewy filling and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until it's lightly browned.

Add the fermented empanada dough and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until it's lightly browned and crispy.

Add the Argentinian stir-fry sauce and stir-fry for another minute, or until everything is coated in the sauce.
