Fermented Apple Cider Pancakes
A unique twist on traditional pancakes, incorporating fermented flavors and textures.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp fermented apple cider vinegar
- β1/4 cup apple cider
- β1/2 cup plain yogurt
- β2 eggs
- β1 tsp sugar
- β2 tbsp butter, melted

In a large bowl, whisk together pancake mix, fermented apple cider vinegar, apple cider, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt and eggs.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the skillet or griddle.
