Moroccan Seffa with Oysters
A fusion of Moroccan and seafood flavors, this dish combines the popular seffa with succulent oysters in a rich and exotic sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Fantastic couscous
- β1 tsp Moroccan spices
- β12 count Oysters
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 inches Gingergrated
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the grated ginger and minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the Moroccan spices and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the oysters and cook until slightly browned on the bottom, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the lemon juice and stir to combine.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the oysters are cooked through.

Fluff the couscous with a fork and add to the saucepan.

Toss the couscous with the oyster mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
