Koji and Shoyu Pasties

Ingredients

- ●1 cup KojiAvailable at health food stores or online
- ●2 tablespoons ShoyuVegan soy sauce
- ●1 cup British mushroomsSubstitute with other varieties if needed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pastry dough and cut into circles.

In a pan, sauté the mushrooms and koji in shoyu until fragrant.

Place a spoonful of the mushroom mixture onto one half of the pastry circle.
