Shepherd's Pudding

Ingredients
- β500g minceground beef or lamb
- β1 tsp britishdried thyme
- β1 tsp xanthanoptional
- β2 yorkshirepint-sized puddings
- βnone chocolateimplied not to be used
- βnone turkeyimplied not to be used

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F (190C).

Brown the mince in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the thyme and Xanthan gum (if using) to the mince and stir to combine.

Transfer the mince mixture to a baking dish.

Prepare the Yorkshire puddings according to package instructions.

Place the Yorkshire puddings on top of the mince mixture.

Transfer the dish to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the Yorkshire puddings are golden brown.
