Kenyan Chicken Tagine

- β1/4 cup crispy onionschopped
- β1 tsp spiced tagine spice blendavailable at most spice stores
- β1 tsp kenyan saltor regular salt
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantrochopped
- β2 tbsp lemon juicefreshly squeezed

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
