Turkish Beef Wrap
A flavorful Turkish-inspired wrap filled with tender beef and exotic spices.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Beef (thinly sliced)
- β2 tsp Exotic Spice Blend (containing cumin, coriander, and paprika)
- β1 large Turkish Wrap Bread
- β1/2 cup Red Onion
- β1/2 cup Cucumber
- β1 large Tomato
- β1/4 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- β1 cup Lettuce
- β2 tbsp Greek Yogurt (optional)
- β1 tsp Olive Oil

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season the beef with the exotic spice blend and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.

Let the beef rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.

Warm the wrap bread by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spreading the feta cheese on the warm bread, followed by the sliced beef, red onion, cucumber, tomato, and lettuce.

Drizzle with olive oil and serve with Greek yogurt on the side if desired.
