German Flank Steak Kebabs
Grilled flank steak kebabs with a German twist, marinated in a mix of exotic spices and served with a side of sautéed onions.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons Turkish olive oil
- ●2 teaspoons Exotic spice blend
- ●1 teaspoon Salt
- ●1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- ●1 large Onions
- ●2 large Bell peppers
- ●1 large Zucchini

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, spice blend, salt, and pepper.

Add the flank steak to the marinade and coat evenly.

Let the steak marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Thread the marinated steak, onions, bell peppers, and zucchini onto skewers.
